Linda van Oosterhout

Linda van Oosterhout is a long time Yuba-Sutter resident and has been a GraceSource Board Member for ten years, serving several terms as President. She has served on several local boards including the Sutter County Memorial Museum and National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI).

Neva Bright

Neva Bright is a retired educator and has lived in the Yuba/Sutter area for 25 years. Her involvement in the community in addition to her time on the GraceSource Board includes Casa de Esperanza, the Mental Health Board, and most recently the Appeal-Democrat Advisory Board. Her personal interests include reading, travel and film.

Lorrain Friant

Lorrain J. Friant is currently employed by Farm Credit West as a real estate appraiser and holds the designations Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) and Accredited Agricultural Consultant (ACC) as bestowed by the American society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA).

Stephanie Souza-Pasquale

Stephanie Souza-Pasquale is the owner of New Adventures Preschool in Yuba City. She previously taught kindergarten, first, second and fourth grades for Yuba City Unified School District. She currently serves on the boards of GraceSource, Alpha Sigma Iota (provides literacy funding) and the Yuba City Education Foundation.

Tara DeAguiar

Tara DeAguiar is a third generation Yuba-Sutter resident. She is the Director of Materials Management/Central Services for Fremont-Rideout Health Group. She currently serves on the boards of GraceSource and Alpha Sigma Iota. Her personal interests include spending time with her husband and daughter and music.
